We loved the friendly and kind staff at the hotel. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, giving us plenty of space to relax. The hotel facilities were also great, with a 24-hour pool and movie nights for entertainment. Plus, the hotel's location was excellent, with restaurants within walking distance and close proximity to activities and the beautiful Smoky Mountains.

We loved the comfy beds and the amazing shower with massaging features. The hotel room had a big and great TV, as well as a Keurig coffee machine, which was a nice touch. The pool area with a waterfall and hot tub was soothing. The hotel's location was close to all the local attractions in this city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Pigeon Forge. The location was excellent, with several restaurants within walking distance and all the wonderful attractions nearby. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool area, which was awesome. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and our room was exactly like it was pictured on the website - very clean and comfortable. The staff members were all very nice and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast provided was wonderful, and we were grateful for the convenience of having an eat-in restaurant on-site. this hotel provided us with a great experience and we can't wait to come back.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a great variety of options.
